Host Eric Bolling made it clear that Newsmax recognizes the election results as legal and final.

During the interview, Trump discussed a potential indictment in Georgia tied to his efforts to challenge the election results. He reiterated his belief that the election was rigged, while also defending his actions.

Newsmax’s decision to include this disclaimer comes in light of ongoing legal challenges. Voting technology company Smartmatic has reportedly subpoenaed Newsmax employees, seeking their correspondence as part of a lawsuit over election coverage. Dominion Voting Systems has also requested communications between Newsmax staff and the Trump administration as part of a defamation lawsuit.

During the interview, Trump also expressed concerns about the upcoming 2024 presidential election and the possibility of it being “stolen.” He stressed the need to prevent such an outcome, highlighting the significance of this election in the nation’s history.
